With the advent of the Internet and social media, Hip-Hop has evolved and it's safe to say that we are in a new era. Compared to previous generations, the Internet has allowed the culture to cater to a much younger audience and Squidnice is one the artists leading the way.
The Twenty-year-old Staten Island rapper dropped his highly anticipated EP The Craccen at the end of August. The visual for "Trap By My Lonely," the lead single, has peaked above 1 million views. On this track, his flow, delivery, and creativity is on full display. Not to mention, the beat is fire. The success of the visual has added to the legend of Squidnice and can be described as his coming of age.
Squidnice has been consistently dropping videos, and is back with "In Tune." Despite this artists' young age, he is carrying the torch his Shaolin predecessors set before him. Squidnice's music is as innovative as it is grimey.
Squidnice is definitely on the right track and we're excited to see where his career is heading.
